Q. Tell us about your family.
A. I have an older sister (Anna) who lives in Surprise, Arizona with her husband (Mike) and older brother (Chris) who lives in Algonquin with his wife (Marta) and my niece (Tiffany) and nephew (Zack).
Q. How do you help Northbrook neighbors?
A. I help them in several ways starting with the basics of banking into helping guide people, from all ages, in the next step of their financial goals. I help build and grow businesses and financial relationships in unification with my partners at Chase. I help solve the more unpleasant experiences one can go through like having fees, experiencing fraud, or even handling the death of a family member or friend. These occurrences happen to everyone, I’ve even had fraud on my accounts in the past! I want to help them along the ways finding solutions and owning the issues from start to finish. The positive attitudes and smiles reflect Northbrook as a welcoming community. This is a town where everyone knows your name and has a sense of cohesiveness among each other.
Q. Any exciting banking technological trends?
A. I remember when I was younger going to the bank so my mom can deposit a check that she had to sign in front of the teller. Now you can just take a picture of the check to deposit it! After that you can text message Chase to check your balance!
Q. What about those Apps?
A. I always encourage my customers to bring in their laptops or have their cell phones on them so we can test run the apps together. I always want to guide them through it so they can have a better understanding and remember what to click and where, like how to pay your bills electronically.

Q. A shout out to Northbrook resident (financial advisor) John Orticelli.
