honored

Northbrook resident Gina Arquilla DeBoni, managing attorney at the Chicago personal injury law firm of Romanucci & Blandin, LLC, has been named a 2012 SuperLawyers Rising Star for the fourth year. She was first named a Rising Star in 2008 and again in 2010 and 2011.

A member of the Women’s Advisory Board for U.S. Sen. Mark Kirk, DeBoni is the co-chair of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Illinois Membership Committee, and served as an ABA Young Lawyers Division District 15 representative. She is an elected member of the Board of Governors of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA), and in 2010, received the ISBA’s Young Lawyer of the Year Award. DeBoni is a member of the Justinian Society of Lawyers, and a Fellow of the Illinois Bar Foundation.

She was selected a member of The National Trial Lawyers Association: Top 40 under 40, an invitation-only professional organization comprised of America’s top young trial attorneys. DeBoni received her juris doctor in 2002 from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and her bachelor of arts degree in 1997 from the University of Iowa.
