Three of Northbrook’s state legislators: Senator Susan Garrett, Representatives Daniel Biss and Elaine Nekritz will review the highlights and challenges of the current legislative session at this annual wrap-up luncheon. The legislators will each briefly discuss their legislative priorities and comment on a number of other hot topics in Springfield, including pension reform, proposals to raise new revenue to address the state’s budget crisis, Medicaid reform, environmental initiatives and transportation projects.
