Eugenia Elliott releases new CD in Evanston

Eugenia Elliot, a singer with The Teflons and the Linda M. Smith band, is hosting a release concert for her new, solo CD, “4000 Weeks,” at 2 p.m. July 22nd at the S.P.A.C.E., 1245 Chicago Ave., Evanston. Also an accomplished flute player, Elliott has been singing all her life. She performs a variety of musical genres including vocal jazz standards, bluegrass, old time country and popular contemporary music. Tickets are $5 for children, $10 for adults.
