The Pilgrim Chamber Players held an afternoon concert on Jan. 27 at the Highland Park Community House. Over 150 guests attended the program that featured soprano Michelle Areyzaga. Guests at the concert included composer Lita Grier of Chicago, Doreen Rao, former head of the Glen Ellyn Children’s Choir, Evanston Symphony conductor, Larry Eckerling, Margaret Tucker and Don Draganski of Evanston, James Stone of Winnetka, Nancy Sylvester of Lake Forest and Dan and Rhoda Pierce of Highland Park. The Pilgrim Chamber Players was founded by Carol Honigberg of Highland Park and is celebrating its 16th season.
