Oberlander named to ‘Top 50’ adviser list

Merrill Lynch financial adviser, Sharon Oberlander of Northbrook, was recently recognized on the inaugural “Top 50 Wirehouse Advisors in America” list in the Jan. 1, 2012, edition of Registered Rep. magazine.

Oberlander has over 30 years of experience in helping affluent individuals and corporations pursue their financial goals with thoughtful, tax-sensitive investment guidance.

She plays an active role in the Chicago community through her involvement in The Executive’s Club of Chicago Women’s Leadership co-chair, the University of Chicago Medical Research Board, and several cultural and arts organizations. In addition, she is a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society.

Oberlander is a graduate of the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. She and her husband have two adult children.
