Attorney, art teacher sell Northbrook home
NORTHBROOK – Attorney Micah R. Onixt and teacher Felissa G. Onixt sold a home at 2529 Talia Lane in Northbrook to Daniel J. Frank and Daphne K. Frank on June 1. The 13-year-old, 3,589-square-foot house was purchased for $785,000.
Micah Onixt is an associate at DLA Piper, where he specializes in intellectual property, e-commerce and information technology. He is also a part-time faculty member of Loyola University. He studied at the University of Michigan, the University of Illinois at Chicago, Loyola University, and earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Felissa Onixt teaches art at New Trier High School in Winnetka.
