Equitec trader buys Northbrook home
NORTHBROOK — Gene Kolman and Emily Kolman purchased a home at 724 Greenwood Road in Northbrook from Lev Lapan and Svetlana Lapan on July 18. The three-year-old five-bedroom, 7,346 square-feet home sold for $1.1 million.
Gene Kolman is a trader at Equitec Group in Northbrook. Emily Kolman is an AFT Integration Manager at Allstate. She earned her MBA in finance from the Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in 1989.
