McCormick Foundation executive buys Northbrook home

NORTHBROOK — David J. Granat purchased a home at 1414 Orchard Lane in Northbrook from ZRL Ventures, LLC on July 16. The 48-year-old, three-bedroom, 1,633-square-feet home was sold for $630,000.
David J. Granat is the chief investment officer at the Robert R. McCormick Foundation.
