Northbrook home sold to physician and finance director

NORTHBROOK — Stephen Uyenishi and Amy Archer purchased a home at 2553 Walters Avenue in Northbrook from Thomas E. Fritz and Marcia F. Fritz on June 4. The 13-year-old, three-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,274-square-foot-house was sold for $840,000.

Amy Archer is a physician at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. Stephen Uyenishi is director of finance at Encompass Insurance.

Thomas Fritz is a commodity broker at EFG Group, LLC.
