Physician buys Northbrook home

NORTHBROOK — Samuel N. Grief and Kimberly D. Grief purchased a home from Valerie M. Kistenbroker at 2644 Maple Avenue in Northbrook. The sale was recorded on July 11. The 16-year-old, four-bedroom, three-bath, 3,492-square-foot home was sold for $915,000.
Samuel Grief is a physician at UIC Family Medicine and the medical director at Campus Care Health Insurance. He earned his MDCM in medicine in 1989 from McGill University.
Valerie Kistenbroker is a realtor broker at Koenig & Strey Real Living. She earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in speech pathology from Marquette University.
