US Bank VP buys 45-year-old Northbrook home

NORTHBROOK — Ilya V. Krasavin and Carley A. Krasavin purchased a home Sept. 18 at 1214 White Mountain Drive in Northbrook from Kyung Jae Kim and Hyung Gyu Kim. The 45-year-old, four-bed, 2.5-bath, 1,311-square-foot home sold for $445,000.
Ilya V. Krasavin is a vice president at U.S. Bank. He attended the Loyola University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
