Physician buys 56-year-old Northbrook home

NORTHBROOK — Michael J. Sommerfield purchased a home Sept. 28 at 919 Western Ave. in Northbrook from Mark De Persio. The 56-year-old, 1,278-square-foot home sold for $550,000.
Michael Sommerfield is an internal medicine physician. He attended the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and Chicago Medical School.
