To celebrate Earth Month, Andreas and Ashley Hogue of Glenview, owners of the Andreas Hogue Salon in Northbrook, hosted their second annual Girls Night Out on April 30. Their goal was to raise funds to “protect and restore our great lakes with all monies raised going to The Alliance for the Great Lakes,” said Ashley. For more than 40 years, the Alliance has championed the world’s largest freshwater resource using policy, education and citizen involvement, according to greatlakes.org, the organization’s website.
